Children's Ministry
From preschool to high school and beyond, we understand the importance of providing an atmosphere for like-minded individuals to come together in the name of Jesus Christ.
Metropolitan Baptist Church has Sunday school all year round. We conduct classes for children of all ages, from 3-year olds to adults. Nursery is available as well. Sunday school begins at 9:30 AM.(

AWANA Club
We have AWANA club from 6:25 PM - 8:10PM (Puggles are done at 7:30pm) on Wednesday nights during the school year - see the calendar for exceptions. The AWANA check-in period is between 6:00 PM and 6:25 PM.

AWANA is an international, Bible-centered children’s and youth ministry providing local churches with weekly clubs, programs and training for students in preschool, ages 2 and up, through high school. Our goal is to equip churches to reach children and teenagers, and their families, with the gospel of Christ and train them to serve Him. For more information, see
